This view is from the summit of Mount Willard in Crawford Notch, New Hampshire and was taken on February 2018. Geographic features visible include (roughly L to R) Mount Jackson, Mount Webster, Route 302, and Mount Willey.
EQUIPMENT, SHOOTING, & PROCESSING
- Canon 5D Mark III camera with Canon 16-35mm f/2.8 L IS USM lens.
- 30 individual photos shot @ 35mm on a tripod, f/8, 1/30s, ISO 160.
- RAW files merged together using Photoshop.
PRINTS
This photo is best printed in a 1:3 ratio, examples would be 8x24" or 12x36". A ratio of 1:2 is also possible. Due to the very high resolution file size, the photo can be printed very large, easily up to 20" high (ex: 20x60" or 20x40") and up to 30" high (ex: 30x90" or 30x60"). To see an example in person, there is a display (consisting of three 27x27" metal prints) at the front desk in the AMC Highland Center Lodge.
